Eseence Williams loves the work she does simply because she makes a difference in people lives. She is a community mentor working with adults/young adults with autism/disabilities. She works on their activites of daily living, takes them to work or to volunteer in the community, and encourages them to build independence. It is a challenge she take on every day, but she loves each and every one of her clients as family. Essence also works as a home health aid.
