Elder Palmer is the Assistant Pastor at New Jerusalem Apostolic Church Ministries, Inc. Lansdale, PA; Presiding Pastor Bishop Jimmie Dale Morris Jr. She worked at Montgomery Hospital for 25 years, Montgomery County Emergency Services 15 years and as a Mental Health Court Coordinator.

Alesia was educated in the Norristown Area School District. She started kindergarten at age four and graduated high school at 16. She has an Associate Degree BA from Montgomery County Community College and also holds Phlebotomy Certification.

Alesia is sibling six of eight, mother of three and grandmother of five. As a youth, Alesia would make sure all her siblings got along with one another. Family is very important to her. She firmly believes that family should be there for one another.

She is currently raising one of her grandchildren, Shonen, age 14. He came to live with her when he was 18 months old. They have overcome many challenges together. If given the opportunity to do it all over again, she would not make any changes. They both are who they are today because of one another.
