Kelly Montazami is president of the Boots on the Ground Foundation helping the homeless, elderly and inspiring youth to fulfill their dreams regardless of obstacles. I believe that what you put out into the universe always comes back to you. As one race, the human race, we need to care for one another and recognize that we're all sisters and brothers. I work extremely hard at my job and am very successful. However, the joy I get from supporting, assisting, listening, and caring and simply being available for my fellow human is unmatched. I'm humbled by being recognized, but the best reward is for people to pay it forward. I do what I do, working with The Boots on the Ground Foundation, because it is who I am. I care. I want to make the world a better place and want my children to emulate that. Kindness is infectious! I tell them to spread it, always.
