| As a dedicated Professor at Peirce College in Philadelphia, PA, I am able to fulfill what I believe is one of my God given purposes in life and that is to "Pay it forward." To give freely of my knowledge, wisdom, and time. To motivate and inspire others to achieve their career aspirations. I am passionate about my opportunity to "Pay it forward" to the many adult students at Peirce College. As a Human Resource Management Professional with over three decades of experience, I am able to share the depth and breadth of my practical, hands-on experience in the field with my students through my classroom instruction. I was able to acquire my practical, hands-on experience during my tenure at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceutical Company, University of Pennsylvania, Trion Group, a Marsh & McLennan Agency, and the Public Healthcare Management Corporation. During my tenure, I was blessed to be surrounded with outstanding Human Resource Management Professionals that demonstrated behaviors and actions towards me that aligned with my God given purpose to "Pay it forward." As a result, I was honored with the opportunities to "Pay it forward" in my many roles. I see the fruits of my "Paying it forward" in the many students that excel in their Human Resource Management courses and ultimately obtaining their degrees. It warms my heart when my students thank me privately and publicly for my contributions to their educational experience at Peirce College. Lastly, I "Pay it forward" outside of the classroom to family, friends, and neighbors. Sharing and encouraging are truly my passionate. |
