Organized Graduate Student Employees in the fight to be able to hold a union election.  I testified at the NLRB for the right for graduate employees to organize by showing if the Graduate Employee qualified for worker’s compensation because of an injury. We should be able to vote on the question of unionization. We should be considered an employee class with the right to have collective bargaining rights.
