SHARIA WALLACE

Sharia Wallace, artistically known as S.Alyse is a self-taught artist residing in the tri-s tate area. She is a wife and mother of 5, centering her focus between home and community. She is the founder of I SAW VISIONS, a collective of artists and local entrepreneurs. I SAW VISIONS operated as a brick-and-mortar store in the center of Willow Grove Pa. Her brand helps elevate and promote entrepreneurs of color.

Sharia sits on three community boards and became the first civilian to join the Upper Moreland Police interview board. Most of her work is rooted in women’s rights, child advocacy, and racial justice. Her vision is that art can mend, heal, encourage, uplift, enlighten and console the masses across color lines, faiths, ages and other boxes that society places us in.

Sharia is also the spearhead for the local Juneteenth celebration that draws hundreds of community leaders and neighbors together to celebrate the freedom of enslaved Black Americans. Her platform continues to bridge the gap amongst demographics. She lends her gifts as an event coordinator/director to several community organizations to assist wherever she can.
